Helping people grow, lead, and make change
First we chat (it’s free!)
We begin by spending 30 minutes getting to know each other. This is a chance to discuss what you are hoping to achieve with coaching (or consulting) and learn more about the process and how I work, and see if we are a good match.
-
Choose the number of sessions and your form of payment. If your institution or organization will pay for your professional development, we start the process with your procurement office. Your coaching is strictly confidential! The only information shared to your organization about your coaching is the date of the session for invoicing purposes. I do not work with any institution or organization that refuses this approach.
-
Schedule your first session and you will receive a new client welcome email with a Coaching Reflection form. The form asks you to identify your goals for coaching, the context and challenges, and what meaningful progress will look like. You will also provide some details that will help me focus my work with you.
If you choose the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment [link here to iEQ9 page] for coaching or leadership development, you will receive a separate email link to the online instrument.
If you choose a workshop, facilitation, or consulting for a team or organization, the engagement is customized in partnership and collaboration with key leaders. We schedule a meeting to formalize the scope of work, timelines, and other considerations.
-
The coaching session begins with a co-created agenda that ensures you will leave with clear, actionable take-aways. When appropriate I share relevant development tools, resources, and readings before and after sessions. We will delve into specific objectives to create a framework for tracking the progress and discuss your most pressing or emergent issues. With these goals in mind, we start coaching.
-
Our work is grounded in establishing practical strategy that supports your progress over time. At the conclusion of our time together, we review takeaways and future actions to continue and sustain your progress. Many clients choose to continue the coaching, sometimes less frequently, or booking individual as-needed sessions. Others clients return to coaching periodically when future needs arise.
Returning clients are guaranteed the coaching rate from their original agreement. Nobody likes surprises, especially about costs.
Pricing
I believe in transparency so my prices are visible. As a small business owner, I have to balance my need to make a living from coaching with my lifelong commitment to equity.
Money can be an uncomfortable topic to discuss out loud (or even on my website), but I want you to know why I charge what I charge. I offer some sliding scale rates for post-docs, early career professionals, and special situations. If the prices are intimidating in any way, please still book a chat with me! Let's talk through it and see if we can make it work.

Many people experience similar challenges but may suffer in a culture of isolation. Group coaching is a cost-effective opportunity to use coaching conversations to facilitate targeted learning and skill development while benefiting from the experiences of peers. Custom designed by group. Fees are based on scope, duration, and number of participants.

Workshops, Strategy, Facilitation, Project Development

Both in-person and virtual, consulting often combines several services.
Fees starts at $3,000 based on project scope.

I offer fixed- and variable-rate retainer agreements that provide clients with ongoing collaboration and access to services. Please inquire.
