Janetta M. Hammock is a highly skill certified diversity professional with nearly 20 years of experience in developing and implementing organization-wide diversity strategic action plans. Janetta has designed and delivered numerous education sessions on various DEI topics including implicit bias, microaggressions, gender bias, race relations, ageism and workplace engagement and inclusion. She has been described as engaging workshop facilitator that creates safe spaces for honest, in-depth exploration of diverse perspectives. Hammock holds dual master’s degrees: one in Diversity Management (Cleveland State University) and in Cultural Studies/African American History (Morgan State University). She earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. Janetta is also trained in Sustained Dialogue and Intergroup Dialogue facilitation.
Rebecca Scott is a leadership coach and an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator based in Washington, DC. She is passionate about making work—and life—more enjoyable and has a particular interest in non-profit leaders and individuals living with chronic illness. With a background in fundraising and special events, Rebecca has worked in a variety of arts organizations, including the Actors Studio, the National Gallery of Art, and the Folger Shakespeare Library.
