Step Up! is a new way we are bringing people together for collective learning.

Designed to be part training, part peer support and 100% personal growth, Step Up! groups focus on a single area where people want to move from "thinking" to "acting".

Sustainable growth starts with intentional change, and intentional change leads to long-term results. If you are ready to move forward, join with folks like yourself to receive the information, tools, feedback and support necessary to move you toward the outcomes you want.

Are you ready to Step Up! and be an active ally in 2021?

In this 3-part series we will engage in deep, meaningful conversation to learn about our biases and take action to dismantle oppression.

Building on concepts from books such as Caste (Wilkerson), White Fragility (DiAngelo), So You Want to Talk About Race? (Oluo), and How to Be an Anti-Racist (Kendi) the group will collectively strategize and support each other to move from thinking & reading to planning & acting.

  • Conversation will take place in a respectful and safe atmosphere of collaborative learning.
  • Topics will include implicit bias, white fragility/privilege/accountability, ally behaviors, calling in/out and other, group initiated topics.
  • This will be a combination of training, small group discussion and self-reflection.

Step Up! Moving from White Fragility to White Accountability will take place on three consecutive Saturdays:
